Amazon.com Product Description
Wrist blood pressure monitors are portable, accurate and simple to use. They provide a convenient choice for those who want a second unit for away from home or who have trouble placing a cuff on their arm. The Omron HEM-670IT Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor uses Omron’s patented IntelliSense technology, which inflates the wrist cuff to the ideal level with each use and offers fast, personalized, and automatic inflation for maximum comfort. No adjustments are required to select an inflation level–especially convenient for hypertensive users and for people with certain arrhythmia or heart disorders, because their blood pressure is more likely to fluctuate. And with the HEM-670IT’s 100-memory recall with date and time stamp, as well as averaging capabilities for the last three readings, you can track your blood pressure and pulse progress as your work towards a healthier lifestyle. The HEM-670IT also features a system that detects an irregular heartbeat as well as morning hypertension, giving you an even better understanding of your heart’s health. A built-in hypertension indicator lets you know if your readings indicate a high-blood pressure condition. Plus, you’ll have additional peace of mind knowing that the HEM-670IT comes with a 5-year warranty.
Because the HEM-670IT has a wrist cuff, it is particularly helpful if you have a larger than average sized arm. The monitor fits those with a wrist size of 5.25 to 8.5 inches, and it ensures easier and more comfortable use. Note, however, that a wrist monitor does require proper positioning of the device at the heart level. Correct cuff positioning is critical when monitoring blood pressure, fortunately, the HEM-670IT features an advanced positioning sensor that automatically confirms that the cuff is level with the user’s heart, thereby ensuring an accurate reading.
It is critical that when using a blood pressure monitor the cuff is the appropriate size and is properly applied. An ill-fitting cuff or an incorrectly-applied cuff can result in inaccurate readings. Consult your doctor or the included instructions for the proper application of the cuff.
The included Omron Health Management Software provides a blood pressure and pulse graph that lets you see how your values are trending over time. View larger.

Take your health to the next level with the included Omron Health Management Software. This PC software provides a blood pressure and pulse graph that lets you see how your values are trending over time. A morning/evening comparison graph tracks your morning and evening systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate. You can also view your most common values and identify variations by time frame with the frequency distribution graph. The software is simple to use, and it supports multiple users. With just one click, you can download data via the HEM-670IT’s USB connection and see graphically displayed measurements on your computer screen in seconds.

Ademonstration video would be a big help.
One picture is worth a thousand words.
Once you get the hang of it, it works quite well.

Found the unit simple to set up and plenty accurate, software is very easy/functional.
If you plan to only monitor and track one person I would buy this wrist cuff over the arm cuff. I have both and found the accuracy the same (wrist at work & arm at home). The wrist cuff is far easier to use and store, it does however only track a single user. To automatically track and download two individual users you will need the arm unit.
